These prostheses can be either fixed or removable, with fixed implant dentures offering the best stability and chewing efficiency. Once your treatment is complete, you’ll enjoy a full set of natural-looking teeth that function just like your own.
We also offer same-day implant dentures, known as All-on-4 or All-on-6. These are ideal for replacing all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw, supported on four or six implants. This technique offers immediate results, allowing you to leave the surgery with a brand-new smile.
Removable implant dentures are held in place using either Snap-On attachments (called locators) or a bar for added retention. The full process typically takes around 6 to 8 months. Whichever option you choose, a temporary denture will be provided so you’ll never be without teeth during treatment.
