Dr Arman Barfeie

Specialist Prosthodontist | Educator | Founder of London Dental Arts

Dr Arman Barfeie is a UK-registered Specialist Prosthodontist, a respected educator, and the founder of London Dental Arts—one of the fastest-growing, digitally driven practices in the country. With a reputation for transforming even the most complex dental cases, Dr Arman’s work sits at the intersection of deep biological understanding, digital innovation, and artistic execution.

His philosophy—RAW. ARTISTRY. OUTCOMES.—defines his approach to both clinical work and education

RAW. ARTISTRY. OUTCOMES.

RAW is the reality we see at the consultation
In every case, we begin with what’s real: compromised structure, functional breakdown, a patient’s loss of confidence.
It’s the collapsed vertical, the failing bridge, the bite that no longer holds — and it’s where true restorative work begins.

Artistry isn’t just perfection — it’s clinical experience
It’s the years spent understanding how tissue responds, how occlusion evolves, how patients adapt.  It’s knowing when to intervene — and just as importantly, when not to.

Artistry is in the margins: In the tension of a suture, the emergence profile of a provisional, the decision to leave one millimetre untouched because biology will take care of the rest.

This kind of judgement doesn’t come from mimicry or templates.
It comes from clinical repetition, reflection, and the constant pursuit of clinical excellence not just for outcomes.

Outcomes are more than restorations.
They’re rebuilt function, restored trust in the dentition, and the patient’s return to everyday life with ease — eating, speaking, and yes, sometimes smiling again for the first time in years.

This isn’t cosmetic work for its own sake.
It’s restorative dentistry with intent — grounded in evidence, refined through training, and supported by digital tools that help us be more precise and more predictable.

I’m not here to chase aesthetic perfection. I’m here to build restorative integrity — from raw to resolved, with the patient always at the centre.

Academic Journey & Mentorship

Dr Arman completed his Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics at Cardiff University, undergoing a rigorous 3-year full-time specialty training under the guidance of leading experts. He was the top scorer in the Royal College of Surgeons examinations and was awarded Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh—a mark of elite-level clinical competence.

His journey has been shaped by mentorship from some of the world’s most respected names in implant dentistry, including:

  • Professor Daniel Buser – University of Bern, Switzerland
  • Professor Istvan Urban – Advanced Guided Bone Regeneration, Budapest

This foundation of academic excellence and mentorship informs every course Dr Arman now teaches—translating evidence-based protocols into real-world, replicable results for clinicians.

Educator & Mentor

Arman is passionate about elevating clinical standards in prosthodontics, digital occlusion, and full-arch rehabilitation. As a Modjaw-certified 4D mentor, he pioneers the integration of motion tracking into modern restorative dentistry. His teaching is built not around abstract theory—but around real patients, real challenges, and real results.

He lectures nationally and internationally and leads immersive courses at his fully equipped digital training centre in London. His curriculum blends high-level concepts with hands-on application, covering:

  • Dynamic occlusion & 4D jaw tracking
  • Full-arch implant workflows
  • Photogrammetry & intraoral scanning
  • Restorative design with a biologically-driven mindset

Whether you’re an associate building confidence or a specialist refining your edge, Dr Arman’s mentorship is rooted in honesty, clarity, and execution.

Research & Academic Contributions

Where science meets surgical precision.

For Dr Arman Barfeie, outcomes are not just the result of artistic intuition—they are rooted in evidence, data, and years of academic discipline. His clinical approach reflects a deep understanding of the science behind biomaterials, biomechanics, and long-term restorative success.

Through his published research, Dr Arman has contributed to the understanding of implant surface engineering and post-endodontic restorations, both of which form the foundation of modern prosthodontics and implantology.

🔬 Published Studies:

Implant Surface Characteristics and Their Effect on Osseointegration

Published in the British Dental Journal (2015)

This paper explores how surface microtopography, wettability, and material choice directly affect the biological integration of implants. The review highlights that roughened titanium surfaces promote stronger osseointegration, and emerging materials like ceramic implants are promising alternatives.
